The H.E.R. Path Project is a transformative initiative with a dual mission: to provide practical support and empower women in 3rd world nations through the provision of reusable pads and essential education on female hygiene and health, while also ministering to their hearts and souls for emotional and spiritual healing. By addressing both the physical and spiritual needs of women, we aim to break the cycle of inequality, promote health and well-being, and empower them to embrace their worth, pursue their dreams, and create lasting change for themselves and future generations.

Breaking the Cycle of Inequality: The Alarming Impact of Limited Menstrual Access on Nigerian Female Students
In Nigeria, many young female students are forced to drop out of school due to limited access to safe menstrual management products and financial constraints. This alarming issue perpetuates a cycle of poverty and inequality, hindering their personal and educational development. Furthermore, the lack of proper education on women's hygiene and healthcare leaves them vulnerable to infections and diseases. The social, emotional, and spiritual consequences of devaluing women in Nigerian culture exacerbate their vulnerability to manipulation and abuse.
Empowering Girls and Women: The H.E.R. Path Project's Sustainable Solution to Period Poverty in Nigeria
The H.E.R. Path Project aims to tackle period poverty in Nigeria by providing a comprehensive and sustainable solution. We are committed to healing, educating, and restoring the lives of young girls and women. Our project will consist of multiple phases, with a clear and manageable goal for the initial Start-Up Phase to ensure successful fundraising efforts.
Start-Up Phase:
During the Start-Up Phase, we will focus on providing reusable cloth pads and underwear to female students in schools within the immediate region. The project's founder and overseer, Kathleen Roling, will spearhead the fundraising efforts to support this phase. The funds raised will be allocated to essential materials and supplies, including sewing machines and other necessary items. Each student will receive two pads, two pairs of underwear, illustrated instructions on pad and underwear usage, and a sanitary bag for storage. Additionally, our dedicated women's ministry team will provide education on personal hygiene and safety.

As of right now (2023-2024) we are in the Start-Up Phase of this project in Nigeria. And we need your help.
By supporting the H.E.R. Path Project, donors will contribute to empowering women, promoting diversity, and restoring the value and identity of women in Nigeria. Through our collective efforts, we can help all women of Nigeria rise up in their beauty and strength as valuable and essential members of Nigerian society.
Expansion Phase:
Our long-term vision includes the implementation of a self-sustaining business model in Nigeria. This business will generate profits that will be reinvested into the H.E.R. Path Project, allowing us to reach more women on a wider scale and provide education on women's health issues. Detailed plans and research for this business venture are currently being developed, and our team will be traveling to Nigeria in August 2023 to conduct on-site research. We will communicate the plans and research findings as we determine the appropriate release of the business plan.
